Our integrators and resellers are required to maintain their certification in order to retain the right to resell the ScopServ products. 

After obtaining certification these partners are officially registered as ScopServ Certified Professionals. The certificate file, sent in PDF format, can be printed and proudly displayed within the partner’s organization and integrated into their official website.  

ScopServ’s priority is to satisfy the needs of its clients. This mission is not only to design ingenious and innovative IP Telephony solutions, but also offer a range of services for the sale, installation, configuration, maintenance, training and support of these products. 

ScopServ Certified Support and Training Centers offer these services:

 

  • Installing and configuring ScopServ systems
  • Technical Support and Maintenance
  • Training and certification of customers
  • Training and support for resellers and users (Primary)
  • Training and support for users (Secondary)
  • The list of “ScopServ Certified Support and Training Centers” will soon be available and will be maintained with the addition of new centers. 

ScopServ Certified Primary Support and Training Centers

Training resellers is of major importance because it ensures facilities and quality support to our valued customers. To accomplish this, ScopServ has partnerships with companies that can provide these services if needed:

  • Training of resellers and end users in order to provide certifications
  • ScopServ resellers Sales Training for resellers without technical expertise
  • Support for feasibility studies and proposals
  • Support facilities
  • Integration support
  • Post-sales support

These centers will provide sales and services of annual maintenance for all dealers except for distributors who want to have their own support department. 

ScopServ Certified Primary Support and Training Centers provide these services to Authorized and Certified partners in their respective time zone.

ScopServ Certified Secondary Support and Training Centers

This program is for resellers only interested in the training of end users.

Secondary Centres do not offer technical training to other resellers. However a complete set of lesson plans and training tools is available to these centers in order to adapt to the needs of their end customers. 

For the certification of their employees all end users are required to use a “ScopServ Certified Support and Training Center”. Participants who have completed such training can get their diploma directly online on the ScopServ website.
