Administrative Agent – Montreal
Under the supervision of the chartered accountant, the job holder takes care of the day-to-day tasks related to company accounting, works on the presentation of the financial statements and sees to certain administrative tasks.
Make customer payments via the payment management platform
Check and validate our customers’ billing information, update
Invoicing follow-up with customers and Sending of statements of accounts
Answering questions of invoicing & statements of accounts of clients
Collection of payments
Daily bookkeeping with internal management software
Supply and management with external suppliers (Line ports, DID, toll-free)
Updating of customer files (e911)
Ensuring follow-ups with internal technicians and our integrators
• All other administrative support tasks to support the entire team.
DEC in office techniques
Minimum of 3 years experience in administrative support and accounting (invoicing)
Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
Knowledge of accounting software (Sage50)
Ease in ‘software learning
Ability to follow several files at the same time
Fluency in French and English, spoken and written.
Analytical mind – Ability to adapt – Communication skills, both oral and written – Ease in learning software – Bilingualism (English and French) – Attendance – Autonomy – Service concern clientele – Ability to organize and plan
