With over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology, Denis has held almost all position in a business structure. From account representative to CEO, he gathered a multi level experience that provides him with all the needed skills to bring ScopServ to high standards.

Holder of a Bachelor degree in Computer business from UQAM, Denis has put together the organizational structure as well as all the actual contracts and agreements with distributors, resellers and business partners. Practical decision maker, Denis always listen to anyone's opinion before making a decision.

Joel Vandal has over 15 years of experience in computer and telecommunications. He managed many UNIX systems (Linux, Irix, Solaris) as part of its activities to server and network administrator for ISPs. He also has a decade of experience in programming (Delphi, C/C++, Perl, PHP), Web technologies and databases (Oracle, MS-SQL, mySQL).

Joel is responsible for the overall technical strategy for the design and underlying infrastructures of ScopServ's products. He is also the lead architect of ScopServ's products and manages the development process.

Cyril Champagne worked at an insurance company in France as responsible for the management and for more than 12 years. Director of the service, he was responsible for a team of 10 people directly under his command.

He holds a tray in accounting, administrative management and a BTS in accounting and management, is acting ScopServ, as a manager, secretary, and participates in the development of European Affairs Division.
